	1819 Jackson Road, Penfield, NY 14526 Opened in 2003, this all-female 2500 square-foot home has 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A former in-law apartment now holds two bedrooms and a fully accessible bath on the first floor, accommodating two individuals with ambulation difficulties. The second floor has four bedrooms and 2 baths. This home also has a beautifully landscaped back yard.
	95 Daniel Drive, Webster, NY 14580 This home is 5000 square feet with 3.5 baths and 8 bedrooms (2 doubles). Completely accessible, one floor, ranch-style home. It’s situated on about 1.25 acres, across from Maplewood Nursing Home in the Town of Webster and adjacent to Immanuel Lutheran Church. This co-ed home can support all levels of care, and boasts a huge kitchen.
	65 Knickerbocker Road, Pittsford, NY 14534 This 2-story home, opened in 2000, is 2500 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. Situated on 1.25 acres between Stuyvesant and Jordan, it has an open floor plan in living areas, with a converted Florida room, which serves as a medication area. This all-male home has several large bedrooms, one of which has support for an individual with ambulation challenges.
	305 Hibiscus Drive, Rochester, NY 14618 This all-female, 2350 square-foot home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and a large fenced-in back yard. Renovated and opened in 2009, it’s in a secluded neighborhood in Brighton off of Clover. Fully accessible, this home has enhanced staffing to accommodate higher need individuals.
	1930 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14618 With a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, this 4500 square-foot home with 2.5 baths and 9 bedrooms was built and opened in 1988. Completely accessible, one floor, ranch-style home. Supporting all levels of care, this coed home is situated on 1.75 acres next to Atonement Lutheran Church.
